Need An Excel Formula

Hi All Geniuses,

I am working in a company where i have to create dashboard for other team.

I have attached the file where data validation is in J3 cell

Data: A3 to H15 rawdata arranged data

Now I have dropdown (say, Data validation) in J3 where i would select any Month from Jan to Dec. I want selected month's data to be populated in the table L3 to Q6 table

Thanks for the help! but i am looking something very easy and yet powerful formula. Ur formula is not dynamic and does not work if i add further additional data. But nice try!

What are North , South , East and West ? They are not present in your input data.

Also as Narayan Sir asked what are North, South, East and West ? Is there any relation with output data ?

Clear the validation in J3 and type in the Week 1 through Week 12 (as an example) and go back to data validation and create a new list.
