Need Help - Formula

Hi Team,

Need your help on the formula to be used. The data attached is maintained for the faculty members.
In source Date : ID, Name, Date, Subject, Date, No Hours. ... This will have data for 50+ Faculty members.
We have to fetch id, Name, Subject and add up the number of hours used for each month by each faculty ( Ref sheet Final output)
At present , I arrive at final output using pivot table. But would like to use formula..Not able to figure out the formula to be used..

Please help.

Hi:

Why you want to use formula? The pivot table can give you the same final output you are looking for and that too in the same format as your desired final output.
