pivot table from tables in different files

hi ,
Is it possible to create pivot table from tables which are in 2 different files using microsoft query.

Also I am facing an issue in my system where i am not able to refresh the pivot table created using four tables in the same file (using query).

However, my recommendation is first consolidate it into single table and then do your Pivot operation. It allows for greater flexibility and less headache down the road.
