Hi @salahuddin

It is possible, but you need to make some adjustments to the original data.
Please see attached.

If you have any doubts just let me know

Thank u PCosta87,
if i rearrange the table like u, it needs thousand of row.
it creates more than 12 thousand of row.
i have 250+ row data like dhaka, khulna, barishal, sylhet, chittagong.
i have 27+ column data like january, february
i have 5+ column data like male, female
etc

12k rows isn't a lot. Pivot will efficiently deal with it. I routinely deal with over 400k rows of data (with anywhere from 5 to 15 columns).

Cross tab table is never a good idea as starting table. While it is more human readable, not friendly to codes and formulas. Cross tab should be end result rather than starting point.

I'd always recommend starting with flat table (like the one suggested by PCosta87). And build from there.

HELLO ALL
I have tried more and more but could not solve.
Would u please help me to arrange the demo table for pivot table.

Hi @salahuddin

See attachment... (I filled it with some information to better ilustrate the result)
You can now drag and drop fields to add them to the pivot table or remove them as necessary... also, I changed the layout to Tabular but you may prefer it to stay compact, if you have questions about how to manipulate pivot tables feel free to ask.

Hope this helps

I'm not understand.
by the by lets more clear the query.
in the table "no' mean, no of loanee.
@salahuddin

That was an only an example... just change that column to fit your needs.
Replace N1, N2, etc with the number of loans and then, in the pivot table, move the field to the values section (by default it should show as count, but you can change it to sum instead)
