Previous Bills amount value

Dear Sir,


I want to show the total previous bills in F46 cell, example I entered in G43 cell 8, so I want to the from 1 to 7 bills amount showing in F46 cell.

Always mention expected result in your question and provide complete details for what are looking for, I am not sure about your requirement, can you check these:

for RA Bill No only:
=SUMPRODUCT((C2:C39<G43)*(F2:F39))

If you are looking for sum with bill no + specific work order no:
=SUMPRODUCT((C2:C39<G43)*(A2:A39=E43)*(F2:F39))
