Progressive addition with 0's

hey everyone,

I have a progressive commission chart and I am wanted to subtract Draws from overall commissions..

i.e. Column A has gross commissions for a time period... Column B has the draw amount.. and column C has commissions paid (Commissions earned - Draw amount)

When a period has a 0 gross commission, I want the draw amount for that time period to add up and subtract from the NEXT commission amount


Column A Column B Column C

100,000 1250 11,500

0 1250 -1250

0 1250 -1250

100,000 1250 11,500-1250-1250-1250 (these three make up the 2 periods with no Gross commission and the current period) (7,750)
