Pull Out NonMatch Group Name Data within range

Hello Friend, I am using excel 2007. I stuck up in subject matter.
I have List of group name in column "A". It may be single (First) name and also double name (First name & Surname)
I required output result in column "B"
>Suppose within range in "A2" is "mack" then output required in "B2" "Mack"
>In same range in "A6" if name comes "Mack Lee" then output required in "B6" as oppsite name as"Lee".
I try out with formula "INDEX", "MATCH", "COUNTIF" but required result not get it.
In this matter if you give any suggestion, you are welcome.

Its work within single cell. Plz note also if in range if name comes as "Lee Mack" then pull out "Mack" & i pull out as "Lee" oppsite name required.
