I really really need your magic minds to help me solving ranking issue. So, yes, I want to rank employee based on multiple criteria. Every criteria has a target and weight, but one of really important criteria is how many days employee work in one business week (i expect 5 days). So if someone work for 4 or 6 days this should score him lower then other who work for 5 days. This is important because I calculate # of request handling per day and for some reason I don't want to reward employee who did more for 4 or 6 days then employee who work for 5 days. But, also, I dont want employee who work less or more than 5 days to disqualify, I just want some formula that will have this in mind when calculate scoring.
