Chihiro Excel Ninja Oct 25, 2016 #4 There's two ways to accomplish. 1. Also apply same custom format to M2. (Recommended as retaining underlying Date/Time value is useful in subsequent analysis) 2. Use Text function. =TEXT(H2,"mmddyyyy") Not sure why you are breaking it apart and re-constructing in Q2. I'd do it differently.
