Dear Team,
I am looking for formula to calculate OT hours for my team member's. I have login hours report it contains of entire team's login hours day wise and its includes extra hours(OT hours)also. Iin this i need to sum the extra hours for each person.
My fixed working hour is 8 hours. While calculating OT hours, It should not consider the holiday/week off's, and if the person was worked more then 8 hours, the formula should sum the excess hours(eg: login hours is 12 hours for two days, the expected result is(12-8=4 and 12-8=4), so total 4+4=8.
