Yael

I would use Named Formula to Name the columns of data
then in I4: =SUMIFS(Percent,Group,I$3,Share_No,$H4,Year,$G4)
Copy across and down

I don't get the same answers for some cells as you ?

Thanks for your answer and my mistake that I did not explain it more.

The group FAMILY and FINANCE are the sum of all the items in the specific share/year that have these identity while the group OTHER is not the sum of the other but the numbers from the highest to the lowest item.

I attached again the file and wonder if you can help me with the same existing formula to add also the variable of the year

Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
