Works perfectly for me!

Click on selection on the first list. Then click on "ADD" button.

when you wanted to remove select from second list and click on "REMOVE" button.

Question 1: When u click on upload rest of the fields will go and sit in output sheet as last row, but how about multiple selection when you do in Agents where that should go and sit...Explain.

if i select multiple agents same result should happen..

for example.. i will select two agents and will update all fields and i will hit upload button... result will go and sit in two rows for two agents
