Using CSV file data and after modify data through Macro

Hello All,
Good Morning

I want to make macro using One CSV file data

main Question : How can copy data from CSV file and paste into excel file and after I could modify that data
Open CSV file should be automatically (When I run Macro at that time It should ask with popUp window for CSV file, and I can select file and all file data should be open Excel file)

After I should be able to modify that data, adding new columns, deleting columns

all operation should be done with Macro

All things Could be possible with Recording ?

My main question is that : How can record macro for data modification - after copied data from csv file

Is it possible that half code is written by manually and half operation done by Recording ?
and after that I can use that coding only One file with macro

I am so confuse about this thing from last week

Here is both files

Columns index is not big deal It could be anything then that's fine in Output file
get data from source file.txt
Forum does not allowed CSV file, So I have attached text file for same
