Vertical waterfall chart - where to begin?

Hi all,

I came across the following chart image online and would find value in recreating this, but am at a loss on where to start.

Is anyone able to suggest an online article that would help me figure out how to create this chart or assist me by providing an example of this type of chart in an Excel file? Apparently this was created using the Zebra BI add-in, but I am working on an employer-issue computer and unable to download add-ins for Excel.

Any guidance or insights would be most appreciated.
