Please assist with the file attached.

The table in worksheet "summary" is a scrollable list but "column F" does not move when i move the scroll bar. Kindly help me.

Alternatively, if you can also advice on how when cell D3(worksheet "summary") is changed the information displayed will automatically change to reflect the data in worksheet "details", I will appreciate it a lot
